Where is Jillians located at?
We are located at 450 Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.

Can I drink/smoke inside the venue?
There is no smoking in the venue, however there is a bar with proper Id

Is there re-entry?
No

Where can I purchase tickets for upcoming shows?
Smash Magazine also has a limited amount of tickets. When using Smash Magazine, it has a standard $2.00 transaction fee no matter how many tickets you buy! You can also buy tickets at Ticketmaster.

What type of payment do you accept at the venue?
We only accept cash at the door and snack bar. Bar and Resturant accepts all cards.

What do I do if I have tickets at will-call?
Will call is located at the door. Please bring a picture ID and the credit card you used to buy the tickets.

What is your refund policy?
Unless a show is cancelled, there will be no refunds once purchased from Ticketmaster, Smash Magazine, or University Theatre.

When do doors open?
7pm unless otherwise noted.

What can't I bring to a show?
Jillians security reserves the right to search those entering the venue. Do not bring large bags, any object that could be used as a weapon (sticks, balls, bats, chains, clubs), alcohol, drugs, pen markers, knives, firearms, sharp objects, food or beverage, animals (except eye seeing dogs), literture and promotions, video recorders or audio recording devices.

Are Cameras allowed?
Point and Shoot cameras are allowed unless artist requests no photography. No Video cameras are premitted.

How can we book a show at Jillians?
Email us at booking(at)jillianslasvegas. You must have 20 minutes of original material to play. Please include your name, your band's name, genre, average draw, and a link to some music. Please do NOT attach mp3 files to the email, it will be deleted automatically.

We're a brand new band, can we open for a national show?
Most likely not. We would like to see what you are capable of before sticking you on a large show.

Are all tickets general admission?
Yes. If you require special seating please contact us.
